Founder & Chief Transformation Architect

Yovanna Reiser brings nearly three decades of multidisciplinary experience to the work of transformation — spanning enterprise technology, business transformation, business readiness, PMO and governance, entrepreneurship, hospitality, culinary arts, wellness and human performance, the creative arts, consulting, and AI-enabled innovation.

She previously founded CHIMOLE®, an award-winning Art Gallery and Wine & Tapas Bar in historic downtown Leesburg, where she served as Owner and Executive Chef — one chapter in a career built on creating businesses, systems, and experiences from the ground up.

Her work focuses on identifying patterns, building systems, developing methodologies, and creating practical solutions that help people and organizations navigate change with clarity — connecting strategy to the human realities of executing it.
